1) The campuses of the university shall be at any place within the state of Meghalaya as specified by Government and it may have campuses or regional centres, study centres, off-campus centres, offshore campus anywhere in India or abroad. (2) The Board of governors will decide the usage of land, building and other properties acquired for the university, which is for the benefits of the university.
