(1) The Meghalaya Building ,and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board Ordinance, 2019 (Meghalaya Ordinance No.1 of 20 19) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
