(1) Subject to any rules made by the State Government under Section 52, the Board may from time to time, in respect of any notified produce and market area, make bye-laws not inconsistent with this Act for the regulation of business and the conditions of trading in such market area. (2) Any bye-law made under this section may provide that any contravention thereof shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees one hundred. (3) The power of making bye-laws under this section shall be subject to the condition of previous publication.
