(1) The Central Government shall accredit training organisations for imparting training to, or conduct assessments of, persons in the operation of aids to navigation and vessel traffic services. (2) The Central Government shall accredit such training organisations which meet the criteria, as may be prescribed, for imparting training to trainees or conduct assessment of persons in the operation of aids to navigation and vessel traffic services.
