(a) This Act may be called The [Muslim] Marumakkathayam Act, [1939] (b) Extent.- [It shall apply to all Muslims following the Marumakkathayam Law, who are either domiciled in the State of Kerala, or have property situate within the State of Kerala.] Substituted by Act 32 of 1963.
