Section 34

Suits barred by limitation are not triable by village courts.

(1) If at any time the village court is of opinion that the suit is barred by limitation, the court shall, by order in writing, dismiss the suits. (2) If at any time it appears to the village court that it has no jurisdiction to entertain the suit, the court shall direct the plaintiff to the proper court.
