(l) The Authority, the Chief Town Planner or. the: local authority, a; the case may be shall have the Scheme and the report if _any, published in not less than 'one registered 'Iocal newspaper available in the locality to be affected by the Scheme and ha,;e a' copy of them served on all persons who preferred claims under sub-section (3) of section 29, inviting objections to be filed within a period of not more than · two .months.
