(1) The Board may, 'from amongst the Professors of the University, .essign to ftmction··as· the following officers, for tenures of2 (two) years, namely:- (i) The Estate Officer, and (ii) The Dean of Students Welfare. (2) The Estate .Officer shall be in-charge of all the buildings, lawns, gardens and other immovable property of the University.
