The State Government may, by general or special order published in the Manipur Gazette, exempt any housing scheme undertaken by the Board from all or any of the provisions of sections 26 to 31 subject to such conditions, if any, as it may impose or may direct that any such provision shall apply to such scheme with such modifications as may be specified in the order. 19 CHAPTER—IV ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF LAND
