(s) “District Council” means the District Council constituted under the Manipur District Council (Hill Areas) Act, 1971 (1 of 1971); (t) “Small Town” means the Small Town declared under sub-section (1) of section 219 of the Manipur Municipality Act, 1976 (Manipur Act 3 of 1976).
