(1) The Board. shall in reSpect of every financial Budgefiii year prepare or cause to ~> be prepared an annual budget . containing a statement , of the estimated receipts and expenditure of * the administration of the Temple for that year. (2) Board shall consider and pass the budget with ' alterations, if any, at a meeting or meetings before the commencement .of that year, and a copy of the budget shall :besmtto-the‘ State Government as soon as it is so passed.
