(1) The State Government shall, on the enforcement Ex' of this Act, appoint a person possessing the prescribed qualifications. as the Executive Officer of the Temple. (2) The Executive Officer shall be the Secretary to the Board, who shall, subject to the control of the Board, have general power to carry out the provisions of this Act, the rules and the bye-laws made thereunder and the resolutions passed by the Board. (3) The Executive Officer shall perform such other duties and‘ exercise such other powers as may be delegated to him from time to time by the Boarci.
