Casual vacancies in the office. of President, the 1E ' V1 ' 'ee-President and any member of the Board shall be filled up by the State Government by appointment of persons who are not disqualified under section 6 : Provided that if the vacancy is that of the President, the sucessor of the ex-Ruler by the rule of primogeniture shall, unless disqualified under section 6, be the President.
