Powers and jurisdiction of an Ins; pector, Explanationr--Ycsthe purposes of this section, an employee shall be deemed to have completed a period of twelve months' continuous service in a shop or an establishment notwithstanding interruptions in the service during those twelve months caused by sickness, accident or authorised leave not exceeding ninety days in the aggregate for all three, or by a lock-out or by intermittent period of involuntary unemployment not exceeding thirty days in the aggregate, and authorised leave shall be deemed not to include any weekly holiday aliowed under this Act which occurs at the beginning or end of an interruption caused by such leave ..
