An employee in a shop or an establisb.men.t shall be entitled- J.c4v., (a) after every twelve months' continuous service, to privilege leave on full wages for a total period of one month ; (b) in every year, to casual leave on full wages for .a total period not exceeding twelve days ; and (c) after every twelve months' continuous service, to sick leave on half wages for a period not exceeding one month on the certi- fication of registered medical practioner whose name is in the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (CII of 1956); ),•,wid? j .th it n o leave admissible under this section shall be accnnnilated.
