Amendment of section 12 :- After sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Manipur Secondary Education Act, 1972, the following sub-section (3) shall be inserted, namely, - “(3) The terms and conditions of services, qualifications and mode of recruitment of the Chairman, Secretary, Controller of Examinations shall be prescribed by the State Government by Rules”.
