In section 3 of the principal Ac], (1) after clause (e), the following clause shall be inserted, .namely r '.(ea) "Government" means the Government of Manipur'; (2) after clause (i), the following clause shall be inserted, namely i '(ia) · "Notification" means· notification· in the Manipur Gazette:' 1 and (3) clause (p) shall be omitted.
