In this Act unless the context otherwise requires; Definitions. (20 “Assembly” means the Legislative Assembly of Manipur; (b) “Council of Ministers” means the Council of Ministers of the Government of Manipur; (0) “family” in relation to a Minister means his wife residing with him and legitimate children residing with wholly dependent to him. Not more than one wife is included in a family for the purposes of this Act. If the Minister is a married woman, “family” will include her husband residing with her; ((1) “Minister” means a member of the Council of Ministers, by what name called, and includes a Minister of State [* >1: >1: >1: >111; (e) “Schedule” means the Schedule appended to this Act; (1) “travelling allowance” means allowance granted to a Minister to cover the expenses which he incurs in travelling in the interest of public service as against travelling in personal interest or for private purposes, such as journeys for rest or recoupment of health or for attending party meetings or for election campaign. 1 Deleted by Manipur Act No. 6 0f1983. 7 I Salaries of
