In section 11-A ofthe Principal Act,- (i) in sub-section (1), for the words and figures “Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand)”, the words and figures “Rs. 70,000/- (Rupees seventy thousand)”shall be substituted; and Gi) in the second proviso, for the words and figures “Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees two thousand)”, the words and figures “Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees four thousand)”shall be substituted.
