In section 5 of the Principal Act,- q@ in the proviso to sub-section (3), for the words and figures “Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs)”, the words and figures “Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupeesthree lakhs)” shall be substituted; Gi) for sub-section (4), the following shall be substituted, namely- “(4).
