Substitution of section 6.——-For section 6 of the principal Act, the following shall be substituted, namely,— “6. Vehicle and housing loan, The Chairman and the Vice—Chairman. ' shall be entitled to a vehicle/housing loah upto a maximum of Rupees ten lakhs- which shall be recoverable from their salary with interest by the Governmenfi during the term of their office as may be prescribed; Provided that if the Chairman or the Vice—Chairman ceases to hold his office, the outstanding loan shall be recoverable from thesalary receivable ass a Member and remaining balance, if any, from his pension.”
