In section 12, in sub-section (1),- (a) for the words "Punjab Right to Service Commission", the words "Chandigarh Right to Service Commission" shall be substituted ; (b) in the proviso, for the words, "Financial Commissioner", the words "Advisor to the Administrator" shall be substituted.
