In section 2 of the Manipur Public Service Commission Amendment of (Additional Functions) Act, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the “te? Principal Act), after clause (bb), the following new clause (bc) shall be inserted, namely:- “(bc) “Government Society” means a society formed and owned by the State Government;”.
