Amendment of section 57. - In section 57 of the Manipur Panchéyati Raj Act, 1994- (a) after the last sentence of sub-section (4), the following sentence shall be added, namely,- “In the first year ofhis term as iAdhyaksha or Up-Adhyaksha, as the case may 'be, of Zilla Parishad, no motion of no-confidence shall be brought against him”; (b) in sub—section (5), for the words, “six months”, the words “one year” shall be substituted. _ C I - , .
