Amegdmentof Section 18.- In sub-section (1) of Section 18 of the Act.- (a) For clause (1), the following shall be substituted, nam,:-!y,- '' (i) Divide the area of the Gram Sabha into territorial constituencies' '. (b) Clause (ii) shall be deleted.
