20 H. An Officer acting under the provisions of Section 20G shall have all the powers conferred by the Code 'of Criminal Procedure, 1973, on the oflicer-in-charge of a police station for the purpose of causing the appearance before the Magistrate of person acquainted with the circumstances of the Case.
