Recognition ofinstitution, etc..: Any person who is aggrieved on refusal by the State Council to approve and recognize any institution to train Nurses, Auxiliary Nurse Midwives, Female Health Worker, Lady Health Visitor/Health Supervisor may appeal within three months from the date ot‘such refusal to the Government. The Government‘s decision shall be final. '
