(1) The power to frame bye-laws in the Act shall be subject to the condition of previous notification. (2) No such bye-laws shall come into force until it has been confirmed by the Government. (3) The Government may cancel its confirmation of any such bye law, and thereupon the bye-law shall cease to have effect.
