Every order made by a SubDivisional Magistrate or a District Magistrate as the case may be, under section 116, 117, 118 or 119 shall be deemed to be an order made by him in the discharge of his judicial duty and the Nagar Panchayat or as the case may be, the Council shall be deemed to be person bound to execute such order within the meaning of the Judicial Officers Protection Act, 1850 (Act XVII of 1850 ).
