Recovery of' an advance granted to the Minister for the pur- chase of a motor car shall be made from him in such number of equal monthly instalments as he may elect, but such number shall not be more than sixty. The Minister may, at his option, repay more than one instalment in a month, the instalment or instalments so repaid being equals or muitiples of the regular monthly instalment.
