In so far as the provisions for sale, transfer, insurance, or mortgage of the motor car purchased with the advance granted to a Minister or for the mode of calculation of interest on the advance or for repayment thereof have not been made by this Act, the matters shall be regulated by the rules and decisions of the Government of India as laid down in the General Financial Rules from time to time and applicable to Class I Oflicers serving in connection with the State of Manipur.
