Officers and Employee of the Authority:- (1) The State Government shall appoint a person to be the Project Director of the Authority, possessing such experience and qualifications as may be prescribed to exercise such powers and perform such duties under the Authority: (2) The Authority may, with the prior approval of the State Government, appoint such number of other officers and other employee, on such terms and conditions including the salaries and allowances payable thereof, as may be prescribed as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act.
