(1) in sub-clause (i) - (a) for the words “one thousand rupees”, the words “thirty thousand rupees” shall be substituted and for the words “five hundred rupees” in the proviso, the words “fifteen thousand rupees” shall be substituted. (b) in the proviso, the words “than three months and fine shall not be less” shall be inserted between the words “less” and “than”. (ii) in sub-clause (ii), for the words “two thousand rupees”, the words “sixty thousand rupees” shall be substituted and for the words “one thousand rupees” in the proviso, the words “thirty thousand rupees” shall be substituted. (iii) in sub-clause (iii), for the words “two thousand rupees”, the words “sixty thousand rupees” shall be substituted and fr the words “one thousand rupees” in the proviso, the words “thirty thousand rupees” shall be substituted. In section 50 of the Principal Act, for the words “five hundred rupees but not less than fifty rupees”, the words “fifteen thousand rupees but not less than one thousand five hundred rupees” shall be substituted.
