Inthe proviso to section 43 of the Manipur Liquor Prohibition Act, section 43. 1991 (hereafter referred to as the Principal Act), - (i) for the words ‘five hundred rupees”, the words “fifteen thousand rupees” shall be substituted; (ii) for the words “‘one thousand rupees”, the words “‘thirty . thousand rupees” shall be substituted; and (iii) for the words “two thousand rupees”, the words “sixty thousand rupees” shall be substituted.
