No suit, prosecution or other proceedings shall lie-- (a) against any officer of the Government for anything in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act; (b) against the Government for any damage caused or likely to caused or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by anything, in good faith, done or intended to be done under this Act.
