(1) In section 2 of the Principal Act after clause (h), the Agnsendmenzf following clause (11h) shall be inserted; namely : ° “”0“ ' “(hh) ‘Sanamahi Deity’ means the idol of?anamahi Deity which is installedin the tempie within the compound of the homestead of Shri L. Surjamani Shanna at Keisamthong Moirangningthou Leirak, Imphal.”. (2) In section 2 of the Principal Act, for the existing clause (k) the following shall be substituted, namely : “(k) ‘Temple’ means the temple Where the Sanamahi Deity is at any time iDStalled by the Board and includes all , appurtenant structures together With all additions thereto or all alterations thereof which may be made from time to time after the commencement of this Act”.
