(1) The Board shall be a body corporate and shall have lncorpora perpetual succession and a ccn.mon seal and may sue or l.e sued in tion, its name. · (2) As soon as the Board is constituted · under section 4, the State Government shall make notification thereof in the Official Gazette. · ri. A person shall be disqualified for being chosen as, and for being, a member of the Board (a) if he holds any office of profit under the admmistration of the Temple, or receives any emoluments or perquisites from the Temple fund, other than those granted under section 14 ; or (b) if he is interested in a contract for making supplies to, or executing any work on behalf of the administration of, the Temple ; ?r (c) if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court ; or (d) if he is an undischarged insolvent ; or (e] if he is not a citizen · of India ; or Disquali? tions fop membership.
