(1) On the commencement of this Act, the services of the staff of the Temple existing before such <.:,m1mencement shall, unless - otherwise provided in an order issued in that behalf by the State Government, be dispensed with. (2) After the commencement of this Act by notification under sub-section {2) of section 1 and before the constitution of the Board bv notifica'.:ion under sub-section (2) of section 5, the State Government ni'av appoint one or · more persois to discharge all or any of the fur?cnons of tbe Board under this Act. :::4.
