(1) Notwithstanding the provision of sub-section (1) of section 3, all matters connected with the seva and puja and other ceremonies of the Temple shall be under the direct control of the President and under supervision of the Board. (2) The expenditure to be incurred in such celebrations shall be provided for in the annual budget of the Temple: Provided that in exceptional circumstances when the temple fund .,.? not adequate for the ceremonies and festivals, the State Government may exten i grants-in -aid to the Board.
