Any Canal Officer duly empowered in this behalf may enter upon any land, building, water coune or field channel on account of hich any water rate is chargeable {or the, purpose of inspecting or irrigated thereby or chargeable with a canal revenue and doing all things necessary for the proper regulation and management of the irrigation Works from Which such water is supplied.
