S. 1(1) This Act may becalled the Manipur(Hill Areas) District Councils (Fourth Amendment) Act, 2017
S. 2Section 2 amends the Manipur (Hill Areas) District Councils Act to grant nominated members voting rights and adds provisions to prevent motions against the Chairman or Vice-Chairman for a year.
