(1) The Manipur Highways Ordinance, 1979 Savings, (1 of 1979) and the Bombay Highways Act, 1955 (Bombay Act LV of 1955) as extended to’ Manipur shall stand repealed on the day this comes into force. (2) Anything done and anystep taken (including order, scheme, rule, form or notice) and any action taken under the repealed laws shall in so far it i3 not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be treated as to have been done and acted under the provisions of this Act and shall continue to be inforce until superseded, (3) Nothing in this Act shall apply to operational Construction (including maintenance and new Construction) by or on behalf of a depertment of Central Government.”, “Printed by the Direstor, Ptg, & Sty., Manipur/350-Cj-t-eo Scanned with CamScanner
