(1) The highway authority or any other person deeming itself or himself aggrieved by the determination of any b0nndary under Sections 48,49 or 50 may, subject to the provisions of the parts I! and III of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908 institute asuit withim ayear from the date of the notification under sub-section (1) ‘or' Section St, to set aside or modify the said determination, and the Survey, shall, if necessary, be. altered in accordance with the _ final decree in the suit, and the alteration, if any, shall be noted 1n the record.
