- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Manipur Control of the Use and Play of Loud-Speakers Act, 1976

- S. 4Section 4 permits the use of loudspeakers with written authorization for cultural, educational, humanitarian, or law and order purposes.

- S. 8An offence under this Act, shall be bailable
- S. 9Section 9 penalizes violations of the Act with imprisonment, fine, or both, and allows forfeiture of seized loud-speakers.
- S. 10The State Government may after previous publication in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of
- S. 11Repeals the Bihar Loud-Speakers Act in Manipur, preserving actions taken under it as if the Manipur Act was in force.
