Amendment of section 70,— For the full stop"‘(.)” at the end of clause (e) of section 70 of the » PrincipalAct, a colon “(z)” shall be substituted andthereafter the following proviso and new clause (i) shall be inserted, namely,- ‘ “Provided that this clause shall not be applicable to the Short Term Co—operative Credit Structure Societies; ' ' ' ‘ ' - (t) in the matter of Short Term Co—operative Credit Structure Society, in any Bank or financial institution of its choice, regulated by the Reserve Bank”. ‘
