Save as provided in this Act, no person shall be present at any sitting of a juvenile court except. (a) the members and the ofiicers of the court; (b) the parties to the case before the court and other persons directly concerned in the case including the police ofiicers in plain uniform ; and (c) such other persons as the court speciafly authorises to be present.
