(꯱) ꯅꯨꯄꯥꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯅꯨꯄꯤꯑꯃꯍꯤꯡꯗꯨꯅꯂꯩꯕꯅ, ꯂꯨꯍꯣꯡꯕꯑꯁꯤꯑꯁꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕꯅꯨꯄꯥꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯅꯨꯄꯤꯒꯤꯄꯨꯟꯁꯤꯃꯅꯨꯡꯗ ꯄꯥꯡꯊꯣꯛꯈꯤꯕꯅꯃꯔꯝꯑꯣꯏꯗꯨꯅꯌꯥꯗꯕꯊꯧꯗꯣꯛꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯗꯂꯨꯍꯣꯡꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯗꯨꯆꯍꯤꯇꯔꯦꯠꯐꯥꯎꯕꯍꯦꯟꯒꯠꯍꯟꯕꯌꯥꯕꯃꯇꯝ ꯑꯃꯒꯤꯗꯃꯛꯃꯔꯥꯜꯑꯅꯤꯃꯛꯇꯒꯤꯐꯥꯖꯤꯟꯗꯨꯅꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯄꯤꯒꯅꯤ, ꯑꯃꯁꯨꯡꯐꯥꯏꯟꯁꯨꯄꯤꯒꯅꯤ꯫ ꯑꯦꯛꯁꯦꯄꯁꯟ꯫-ꯃꯁꯤꯒꯤꯁꯕ-ꯁꯦꯛꯁꯟꯑꯁꯤꯃꯇꯤꯛꯆꯥꯕꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯁꯡꯒꯤꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯁꯡꯑꯃꯅꯑꯁꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕꯅꯨꯄꯥꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒ ꯅꯨꯄꯤꯒꯂꯨꯍꯣꯡꯕꯑꯁꯤꯌꯥꯗꯦꯍꯥꯏꯅꯂꯥꯎꯊꯣꯛꯈ꯭ꯔꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯗ, ꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯍꯥꯟꯅꯒꯤꯅꯨꯄꯥꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯅꯨꯄꯤꯑꯃꯒꯤ ꯄꯨꯟꯁꯤꯃꯅꯨꯡꯗꯂꯨꯍꯣꯡꯕꯌꯥꯔꯤꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯗ, ꯀꯔꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕꯑꯁꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕꯅꯨꯄꯥꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯅꯨꯄꯤꯑꯗꯨꯅ, ꯃꯇꯨꯡꯇꯥꯔꯛꯄ ꯂꯨꯍꯣꯡꯕꯒꯤꯃꯇꯝꯗ, ꯑꯁꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯗꯨꯗꯒꯤꯆꯍꯤꯇꯔꯦꯠꯇꯒꯤꯂꯦꯞꯇꯅꯌꯥꯎꯗꯕꯑꯣꯏꯔꯕꯗꯤ, ꯱꯹꯶꯱ꯒꯤ꯲꯸꯫ from such person for the space of seven years, and shall not have been heard of by such person as being alive within that time provided the person contracting such subsequent marriage shall, before such marriage takes place, inform the person with whom such marriage is contracted of the real state of facts so far as the same are within his or her knowledge. (2) Whoever commits the offence under sub-section (1) having concealed from the person with whom the subsequent marriage is contracted, the fact of the former marriage, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
