ꯄꯕ꯭ꯂꯤꯛꯁꯔꯕꯦꯟꯠꯑꯃꯑꯣꯏꯕꯅ, ꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯁꯪꯒꯤꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯒꯤꯃꯈꯥꯗꯂꯩꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯕꯨꯃꯔꯥꯜꯂꯩꯕꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒ ꯑꯥꯏꯟꯒꯤꯃꯇꯨꯡꯏꯟꯅꯐꯥꯖꯤꯟꯗꯨꯅꯊꯝꯕꯒꯤꯗꯃꯛꯇꯐꯥꯅꯕꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯐꯥꯖꯤꯟꯗꯨꯅꯊꯝꯕꯑꯁꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕꯄꯕ꯭ꯂꯤꯛꯁꯔꯕꯦꯟꯠꯑꯣꯏꯅ ꯑꯥꯏꯟꯒꯤꯃꯇꯨꯡꯏꯟꯅꯃꯊꯧꯇꯥꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯃꯍꯦꯛꯇꯅꯑꯁꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯁꯤꯈꯪꯍꯧꯗꯅꯐꯥꯗꯕꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯈꯪꯍꯧꯗꯅꯑꯁꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕ ꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯗꯨꯕꯨꯅꯥꯟꯊꯣꯛꯅꯕꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯈꯪꯍꯧꯗꯅꯑꯁꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕꯃꯤꯐꯝꯑꯗꯨꯗꯒꯤꯅꯥꯟꯊꯣꯛꯅꯕꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯅꯥꯟꯊꯣꯛꯅꯕꯍꯣꯠꯅꯕꯗ ꯃꯇꯦꯡꯄꯥꯡꯕꯗꯃꯔꯥꯜꯂꯩꯔꯕꯗꯤ, ꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯄꯤꯒꯅꯤ: (a) ꯄꯨꯟꯁꯤꯆꯨꯞꯄꯒꯤꯑꯣꯏꯅꯐꯥꯖꯤꯟꯗꯨꯅꯊꯝꯕꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯑꯀꯨꯞꯄꯃꯔꯣꯜꯑꯅꯤꯃꯛꯇꯒꯤꯆꯍꯤꯇꯔꯥꯃꯔꯤꯐꯥꯎꯕ ꯍꯦꯟꯒꯠꯍꯟꯕꯌꯥꯕꯃꯇꯝꯑꯃꯒꯤꯑꯣꯏꯅꯐꯥꯖꯤꯟꯗꯨꯅꯊꯝꯕ, ꯐꯥꯏꯅꯒꯂꯣꯏꯅꯅꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯌꯥꯎꯗꯅꯊꯝꯕ, ꯀꯔꯤꯒꯨꯝꯕ ꯐꯥꯖꯤꯟꯗꯨꯅꯊꯝꯕꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒꯐꯥꯈꯤꯕꯌꯥꯕꯃꯤꯑꯣꯏꯑꯗꯨꯁꯤꯕꯒꯤꯋꯥꯌꯦꯜꯒꯤꯃꯈꯥꯗꯂꯩꯕꯑꯣꯏꯔꯕꯗꯤ; ꯅꯠꯇ꯭ꯔꯒ (b) with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, with or without fine, if the person in confinement or who ought to have been apprehended, is subject, by a sentence of a Court, or by virtue of a commutation of such sentence, to imprisonment for life or imprisonment for a term of ten years, or upwards; or (c) with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both, if the person in confinement or who ought to have been apprehended, is subject by a sentence of a Court to imprisonment for a term not extending to ten years or if the person was lawfully committed to custody.
