In section 3 of the Assam Amusements and Betting Tax Amendment Act, 1939, after clause (iii) of sub-sectx'on (1), the following new of mien 3, sub-section shall be inserted, namely:— “(1)A. Cess or surcharge of twenty paise per ticket in addition to the entertainment tax shall be levied”.
