In section 21 of the Principal Act, for the word and figures “Section 24” occurring in the first line, the T/ords and figures “Sections 22 and 24” shall be substituted and for the word “Superin- tendent” occurring in fifth and sixth lines the words “Deputy ’ Commissioner” shall be substituted.
